Games convey ideas through their mechanics, narratives, images, and sounds. Sometimes they make direct arguments. Sometimes its harder to figure out what they really mean.

This is the Winter 2012 course blog for Writing 200 – Persuasive Games: Making Meaning with Video Games, taught through the Sweetland Center for Writing at the University of Michigan. All of the authors are UM undergraduates.
